How to remove Apple Health link to MFP?

I linked my Apple Health to MFP. Because the calories burned are completely different from what Health says I’ve burned, I would like to remove the link and input my exercise myself manually.
I’ve tried going to the Health app and disconnecting by tapping “turn all categories off”, but that didn’t disconnect it. I tried turning all categories on and manually turning each option off, but that didn’t work. I tried just turning Steps off...that didn’t work.
Does anyone have any other ideas of how to disconnect Health from MFP?
Thank you!

From the web site, go to the apps tabs and then steps, and then choose don't track steps.0
