How do you record HIIT?

Hi
New on here. How do you record HIIT for exercise? I used the code circuit training but was wondering if there was something that I could use to capture it more accurately (the HIIT was 25 minutes, x3 rounds of 20 sec battle ropes, 15 slam balls, 15 KB swings, 200m rower and 30s plank)
Thanks
Anita

Keep it at circuit training as what you did is interval, not HIIT. Your workout probably didn't burn a lot of calories. So be mindful about eating all of them back.

^ Seconded. That's typical industry mis-marketing of HIIT, and it's not HIIT at all. Log it as interval training.

Unfortunately, it burns less than you think it does.

Use the easy workout app. that's the name. It keeps up with your calories and shows you how to do the exercises. It's a life saver.
