Hi there I’m Sasha
Two years ago I was here and lost over 100lbs, I was healthy happy and hopeful, now here I am again with more to lose than last time but determined to do it. I am in the UK married with grown up children, I’m 46 and have bipolar. My health isn’t great I have high cholesterol high blood pressure type 2 diabetes and I had a mini stroke 3 years ago BUT this time I have to lose it and maintain it, my life is dependent on it.
5 years ago I broke my back and couldn’t walk for 2 years, I still have weakness in it now which prevents me from exercising too much, I aim to walk though once I’ve lost a couple of stone. I’m looking for friends who log in regular and to interact with, this journey is a long lonely one when you’re the only one in the family doing it. I have PCOS too which means weight loss is slower for me and those with that condition know only too well how debilitating it is. Please add me as a friend and let’s cheer each other on along the way.

Welcome back, Sasha. You've got this! I don't have PCOS, but I do have it's kinder cousin Endometriosis, so I have some idea regarding how much it sucks. Sending you hugs. :flowerforyou:
