I'm Back :-)

So I haven't been on MFP much lately! basically most of the Summer! Although I have been keeping up with My fitness routines, my nutrition hasn't been the greatest at all! Thus my results have slowed down and I haven't been losing as much as I initially was. I have a goal to lose 20lbs over the next few months! my target day is my birthday Nov 9th. I'd love support and motivation and will do the same for anyone else struggling.:wink:
