So I've always had to be tape tested to pass height and weight in the army. I kind of want to break that pattern the next time around. I'm not sure how to log exercise, since it's sporadic and all over the place but I'll do my best to log CICO. I might even try keto again. Anyway, if anyone wants to get /give support, I'm here.

    I'm prior army (female) and also always had to be tape tested. I didn't do anything about it until after I got out, though. It's not a good feeling knowing you're in decent shape, but still having to be taped. Using this site and CICO, I am now at a lower weight than I was when I was in my 20s and in the army. You can do this - just be honest in your logging. Make sure everything you put in your mouth (food and drink) gets tracked. You've got this.
