Any instant pot recipes- specifically diabetic??

    The diabetic diet is a way of eating, rather than certain foods. Try and balance the three macros, and whole grain is better than refined.

    I'd think the instant pot stews would work well.

    Oh heavens....diabetic diets are nothing special!
    Just limit your portions and bulk up with veggies.
    No different than any other recipes geared towards weight loss!
    Pies. Cakes, pastries and cookies may be limited to 1 or 2 bites!
    Do not make it difficult and I am a Type 1!

    That’s a bit harsh....it’s not a competition on who’s got type 1 or 2 diabetes, the lady only asked for recipe ideas

    It's a great quest and a great question. I'm T2 and will tell you what I do. I got tired of chasing and filing and rating recipes. So I ramped up my pioneering spirit and just started trying stuff. It's a great dinner-time adventure but hard to repeat if you find something that works. But that's part of the appeal. I usually don't include potatoes and starchy vegetables (and of course no breads or desserts) and don't worry about a thing past that. Use spices to taste. It's wonderful!
