So according to my fitness tracker, I'm supposed to eat like 450 grams of carbs a day and under 200 protein and fats. This seems kinda off to me. Is that right. At 370 goal 250

it depends what your choice is for your way of eating. Im low carb so Im on 30g of carbs. I think the Standard American Diet suggests 250g carbs.1
