Hello, kinda new

Hi all, name's Hayley, 32 next month and I enjoy running, kickboxing and the occasional OCR.
My problem is, despite the exercise I do do my food intake lets me down - I have a very bossy sweet tooth! I am working very hard on that, replacing all the processed sweetness with healthier alternatives to trick my tastebuds ;)

I'm looking to improve my fitness and general health as well as feel ready for a Spartan in October. I've done a few OCRs but they mainly focus on getting over obstacles as a team, Spartan is that bit more 'do it yourself or do burpees' :open_mouth:

I'm also wanting to improve my body's overall fitness - generally I just want to be a fit & healthy, capable me :D
