Hello, kinda new

Hi all, name's Hayley, 32 next month and I enjoy running, kickboxing and the occasional OCR.
My problem is, despite the exercise I do do my food intake lets me down - I have a very bossy sweet tooth! I am working very hard on that, replacing all the processed sweetness with healthier alternatives to trick my tastebuds
I'm looking to improve my fitness and general health as well as feel ready for a Spartan in October. I've done a few OCRs but they mainly focus on getting over obstacles as a team, Spartan is that bit more 'do it yourself or do burpees'
I'm also wanting to improve my body's overall fitness - generally I just want to be a fit & healthy, capable me
