It depends on seveal things i guess, sometimes its the blouse sometimes it the pants or shorts, sometimes its the heels. I think it just has to do with the lady and the amount of sexyness in how the garment she wearing.0

I love off shoulder tops. I always loved my collarbone showing and I have a pretty long neck. Idk something about showing off that body part adds like this mystery yet you're still showing off some skin but its not too revealing.
