Looking for Yoga video recommendations. Something where the instructor doesn't chatter the whole way through so you can stretch and relax in peace.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I've done hers before & though she is very good she is very chatty. Its just something that really bugs me when I'm trying to relax. Its odd how live instructors don't do that, but all the videos I've found do.

    I think they talk so much so that you don't have to keep looking at the screen. Live instructors can walk around and correct your form, but on videos they have to talk you through everything. I've done Denise Austin, Shelly McDonald, Lesley Fightmaster, Tim Senesi, Adriene, Shiva Rae...they all talk throughout, but have some good videos.

    I also do yoga with Adriennne! I don’t mind the chatter. She’s hilarious. Add me if you’d like. I’d like to have some friends on here that also do yoga. None of them do right now.
