Lower left back pain on keto?

Anyone experienced lower left back pain on keto? Last night I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and all of a sudden I got excruciating pain in my lower back for like 15 seconds. The pain hasn't went away. It's been dull all night, I couldn't sleep because of it. Also awhile ago I was washing dishes and I felt the shooting pains again. I can't sit up straight nor bend over without it hurting and sleeping, forget that. Could this be from keto?? Anyone experienced this?? Today marks 7 days.

Second the suggestion to go to the doctor. It could be a kidney stone, or something else entirely.

Kidney Infection. An infection in the left kidney can cause dull or intense lower left back pain. Kidney infections usually start in the urinary tract and bladder, and from there can spread to the kidneys, causing local inflammation and pain in the kidney.

Time to go to the doctor. It's more than time.

Kidney stones...you have classic symptoms. Emergency room for meds to get you through the acute stage and follow up with your doctor. Unfortunately, I have extensive experience with this...I pass a stone 2 or 3 times a year.

Go to a doctor with that. Btw, as you're eating keto are you eating more salt? Do you have any other health problems?
