Help!
I'm a previous slimming world member but two weeks ago I started cal counting.
When I first started slimming world I measured my inches then I repeated them about 3 months later (last week) and had no change. I repeated them again tonight with a change of 1 inch on my waist and thighs (calf's, arms and neck had no change)
It is not muscle due to my super low activity level (disabled)
I do have a very low cal count ranging from around 600-1000 usually but that's purely because my meals are small. I eat to fill me not to over eat.
I'm still getting weighed slimming world purely because I trust their scales and like the idea of having to weigh in front of someone.
I really don't understand how the scales can say such a good loss of the last few months but yet the measuring tape says I'm bigger.
What am I doing wrong?

Most likely you're either not measuring in the same place or you're having some water retention for any number of reasons, including stress hormones from chronic undereating.0
