Smart carb ice cream bar keto?

I looked up reviews and found smart carb is ok for keto then after I went and bought some I ate one and seen other reviews of people saying it isn't good and will kick you out of ketosis 😖 Has anyone been affected by eating one?

    I don't do keto, but I believe staying in ketosis depends on your overall macros, and is a little different for everyone. Specific foods don't automatically "kick you out of ketosis".
