NSV -- One of the reasons I have been striving to become more fit is do have greater endurance and do more things. Yesterday I took a 32 mile bike ride solo and I wasn't even tired or sore. Just a few years ago I was 100 pounds heavier and would have been in agony walking a mile. Younger at almost 60 than I was at almost 50!

Consider your back "patted". It's amazing that when you improve your health and drop pounds, the years also seem to melt away. At 63 I feel the same way, having dropped 74 lbs. Congrats on your bike riding...that's great!0

Thanks all. I am still in wonder. My body and I are getting along great! I'm not going to regret the years my physical side was less than it could have been, I just treasure these times all the more!0
