How Many Pounds Of Fat In An Inch Of Your Waist

I’m wondering how many pounds of fat overall I’d need to lose to get rid of that final inch and a half off my waist. If anyone knows how much you’d need to lose to lose an inch let me know. I’d also appreciate it if anyone has personal experience to answer the question

There's no way to know. It depends on where your fat is distributed, where it comes off as you are losing, genetics, etc.

That would change from person to person. Some could lose 10 lbs and have a slimmer waist, others may lose the same 10 lbs and lose inches from hips or thighs. It just depends on the person.
