Why are no crossfit exercise listed in the exercise section? Also why are my goals for carbs 2x my goals for proteins and fats?

I can't answer for the exercises, but the macro goals are at a default. If you want something different, you can change it to whatever you like (in 5% increments, unless you go premium).5

If you know your calorie burn for Crossfit, you can enter it yourself.
Obviously no two people are going to have the exact same Crossfit routine and do it at the exact same intensity. Make a guess. Ask someone at Crossfit.
For the macros, to reset, go to Goals.
By default they are 50/30/20.1 -
