Hey guys,
My name is Kaitlyn and I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for over a year and a half and I’m down 116.2 pounds. I’ve been calorie counting for about a week now as well and I really like it. I’m thinking of switching to just Calorie counting. Anyway I just wanted to see if anyone has switched from WW to here. Also just to say hey as well.

Also I posted a before and during picture 😊

Hello. I have been on WW too. Do you want to quit because of the Freestyle program?

Hi Kaitlyn! Congratulations on your success! So freaking amazing!!!! I too was on WW and changed to MFP. WW is an excellent and successful program if you follow it - just like anything else. But my change was because of some health issues I’ve developed after years of mistreating my body. I’m now tracking nutrients as well as calories. I must drastically reduce sugar, carbs and cholesterol. It’s been so easy to be on this program! In one month, I’ve lost 13.5 pounds:))). I feel great and have zero desire for sweets. Good luck to you on your continued journey <3

Hi! I lost 35 pounds on Weight Watchers. I had 10 to go when freestyle come out. It did not work for me. I ended up gaining 10 pounds back in it 😱. I have heard really good things about MFP so I am going to give it a try. I think tracking all my food....because all food has calories, even 0 points food......will help me better.
