I recently broke my ankle and cannot put weight on it or even drive for 12 weeks! I’m very nervous that I’ll gain even more weight. Please let me know if you have good tips on how to avoid this!!! I’m used to exercising with cardio, but I am now very limited... anything would be helpful. Even tips for my diet while I’m stuck at home. Very worried and discouraged:(

Hi. You maintain your weight by the amount calories you eat every day. Exercise is good for the heart and body, but right now you can not. Change your goal from losing to maintaining and eat that amount until you are healed. Get well soon0
