What is something you recommend someone should try, although it may sound very weird?

fresh salsa and sour cream as a low calorie salad dressing

I should also point out that fat free Italian dressing only has 15 kcals a serving. I haven't found a lower calorie dressing then that.

Oh yeah. I have done salsa salad before with Taco Salads. I leave off the sour cream because I don't need it and it's just extra calories. Either way, it's very good.

Nope, not giving up my sour cream. I probably eat it 4 or 5 days a week.

Did you know that's how most people get their iodine (from dairy)?

Lack of iodine can cause enlargement of the thyroid gland causing a bulge in the neck (goiter). Fatigue, constipation, and sensitivity to cold temperatures may also occur.

Meditate after your gym cooldown/stretch. Just 5 minutes on the mat with your eyes closed concentrating on your breathing. Dont worry what other people think, you'll feel great! (and be an internet sensation)

I recommend that when another person treats you with disrespect or treats you badly in anyway, rather than being upset, feal sorry for them, who would want to be them.

Mix apple sauce with cottage cheese. It's pretty good.

This isn't a trick is it, because I'm willing to try that?

No it's good! I don't know how to explain it, almost makes the cottage cheese sweet tasting. Has a runnier consistency but that doesn't bother me.

I haven't done this but I just learned about it:

Baked beans and cottage cheese together.

I do this all the time...it is delicious!

Sensory deprivation/flotation tank Trust me on this one

    When it comes to food:
    Dipping fries in apple sauce

Throwing a handful of buttered popcorn in a glass of milk and eating it out with a spoon

My husband and I received a visit to experience this as a gift. It was amazing. We’re definitely going to do that again.

I have done it twice and am looking at booking a 3rd

    Explain what it is.

You lay inside of this and all the lights go off so you can't see and you can't hear much. You just float for 60+ minutes. The tank is full of epsom salt so you float without trying. I fell asleep both times. The epsom salt is wonderful for muscles and the relaxation is like nothing I have ever experienced. I don't calm down easily. Back in the day when I tried to go to a tanning bed I was anxious even being in there for 8 minutes.

And then you turn into William Hurt and then a Neanderthal. Don't pretend we haven't seen Altered States!

Do this on a really hot day. Turn your AC on full blast in your room, shut the door to keep the cold air in, take a scalding hot shower, dry off and then go into your room with an ice cold bottle of water ( I like seltzer) and sit down and meditate for 5 to 10 mins naked or with a towel on. BEST FEELING EVER! lol
