I keep starting and stopping. I'll lose weight then slowly go back to bad eating habits. I have kept off some of the previous weight I have lost. So I'm hoping for the best this time.

    If you want to stop starting and stopping, you have to stop hoping and trying, and start doing. The theory of weight management is so simple - calories in/calories out. The practical application is more complex, it's about building new habits for life. Trust the process, find your own method.

    Something else to think about... every time you play see saw dieting, you're training your body to expect see saw dieting. And each time it gets harder and harder to lose. Age also plays into it, the older you get, the harder it becomes to lose. So try to build those good habits now before it gets REALLY hard to build them. (Experience talking here. lol)
