Intro

Hi! My name is Trish and I just started the keto diet this past Saturday, July 21st. I’ve lost 2.2 lbs so far with no physical activity at all. I’ve actually been feeling very tired and exhausted these last 3 days. Before this diet I would snack on horrible foods, constant brain fog and just always runnng out of fuel half way through my day. I’m just hoping to lose about 20 lbs but all around feel better physically and mentally!

    It is pretty normal to experience fatigue while your body adjusts to a low carb diet. Hopefully you stick with it and it helps you reach your goals!
