When I cook veggies like greens, should I weigh them before they're cooked? I am steaming the greens and not adding any fat or sodium.

Uncooked is always better, generally speaking. Just make sure the diary entry you use matches the state of the food you're weighing (cooked vs raw).1

the most reliable will be to weigh before cooking. You can weigh them after cooking, but you should use a "cooked" entry from the database. For things like vegetables, tag your database search with "USDA"...ie "greens USDA"
If you cook them and use an entry for uncooked, your calorie count will be off.2
