Weight gain !!

I’m 22 weight 9 stone and 5 foot 11 you you can probably imagine how skinny I am 😅 I’ve gone from eating around 1000 calories a day too around 3000 very quickly and it’s the hardest thing I ever done any high calories meals or food that I may find easy too eat pleased share also gym routines for guys that are really skinny as I actually can’t find a lot online mostly just for bigger guys would help 😊

What kind of gym routine are you looking for? A good beginner lifting program is Stronglifts 5x5.

My husband is short and was VERY skinny too, and he is on his journey now for weight gain too. So far he’s gained almost 15 pounds and has lots of definition happening! Snacking. Snack, snack, snack, snack. Nuts, seeds, nut butters, are all high in calories and protein. He puts hemp seeds on everything! And it’s working really well for him! But we are vegan so his choices of yummy snack will probably differ from yours, but still, it’s worth a shot. Look up how many calories are in walnuts. It’s nuts! Look up, edamame, peanuts, walnuts, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, pistachios, chia seeds, flax seeds, etc. You will be surprised!0
