about 600-700 calories per day and 4-6L of water..30-45 minutes of moderate pace walking per day..Down 10lbs, probably a result of water/salt rebalancing. Next picture and weigh in will be Tuesday.

i hope you aren't referring to the number of calories you're eating when you say 600-700?

It's medically supervised by an endocrinologist. I am a RN, my wife is a MD. I had a full panel of labs drawn. This is risk/benefit and maybe not for everyone but in almost all cases it is a very safe option if your BMI is over 30. For me, I am a BMI of 34 and my cholesterol was >300 last year, after messing around with vegetarian, low carb and other less aggressive means of weight loss I was able to shed over thirty pounds and get my cholesterol to 200 which is still high. The problem is the cravings, I have enormous cravings that are affected by certain foods that I consume and then it sets in. I have an overeating problem when I have cravings. I am also attending CBT weekly to help with that. I would encourage you all to read about it some more. Thank you for your concern, I have my concerns as well and I am hungry for sure.hungry to heal this body as quickly as possible and move forward at a healthy weight. I have the support of my wife and a good physician that knows what he is doing. I appreciate your support, feel free to ask me how I'm doing and follow my progress/lack thereof. I have nothing to hide.

Not to be a spoil sport, but others are reading this post and may think it is a great idea. It is not and being that your are under supervision is great but not for the MFP peeps. Not everyone has that kind of support.
