Hello! I have been attempting to be focused on a more plant based diet but it is hard to get creative and not eat the same thing everyday. If there are any vegans/vegetarians who are active members, please add me! I would love to see what others are eating and focusing on, nutrition wise!

I’ve been a vegetarian for thirty two years and would love to be vegan. I’d welcome vegan friends, so I can incorporate more vegan food into my diet.

@Saibasu 240 was also my starting weight! Hopefully one day I'll be at my goal weight!

    Yep!
One of my tips for not getting bored is that I almost always have at least two ready-to-eat proteins on hand so I'm not eating the same one at every meal (e.g., pan-seared or curry-cubed tofu, a cooked bean or lentil, and/or some kind of seitan). These tend to be flexible, and can be used mixed with veggies for quick salads, tacos, casseroles and stir fries.
