I recently bought a treadmill, and I'm already feeling different, so I'm trying to ecourge me and everyone to run or jog EVERYDAY (yes, including sunday) for a month. You can start whenever you want, but have to be updating on weight and the way you're feeling. And it will be great if we can get before and after pictures.
