SLAP Tear in the Shoulder

Anyone else out there have a SLAP tear? I opted not to do the surgery and I was wondering what you guys do in the gym to help it out. How are you coping with it?

    Torn rotator cuff here. You tried physical therapy? My experiences with PT have been very good.

    You can look at YouTube, but if it were me, I wouldn’t just start freelancing my own shoulder.
