I have been using MFP for almost 2 years now and have only focused on my calorie intake. I have recently switched my mind to macros and have been following the iifym diet. Not sure if it's for me or not, but so far so good. Anyone here have success with counting macros? Anyone know how to change the settings in the daily nutrient details to reflect the number of carbs/proteins I should be getting?

I think you change the macros in "goals".
I have heard excellent comments by people following IIFYM. There's also a lot of progress pics on Instagram and great comments on there. If you cant find them, let me know . I have also been thinking about doing IIFYM. I hope it works well for you.
What ever you end up doing, all the best to you and Good luck!0 -
I find the IIFYM macros tough to hit but I do shoot for them! Mainly concerned about protein and low sugar(as well as cals)0

you want to be setting up your mfp to show as goal of 0 cals that way you can hit the specific numbers you want yourself
i know at the end of the day if i see 200P 275C and 70F i have hit my numbers and on my refeed if i see 200P 425C and 70F i have hit my numbers i always aim for my fats to be spot on and my P/C to be within a range of 5g either side !!0
