a calorie deficit WILL work if you are consistent.14

Enter all your data into MFP honestly. Set a sustainable goal, don't aim to lose too much too fast. Weigh and log everything, exercise a little/a lot if you want to - or don't - but try to stick to the alotted calories. If you constantly eat at a deficit, you will 100% lose weight. No matter what you eat.7

What does your doctor say about this, if you've tried literally everything? Clearly something is off, either you or the methodology.0

Yes, weight management is a challenge, but it's not impossible, it doesn't even have to be particularly hard.
Going from a set of habits and attitudes that makes and keeps you overweight, requires a shift in habits and attitudes, the longer you have been overweight and the more oveweight you are, the more dramatic the change will and must be. That means going out of your comfort zone. But your new, healthy behavior and attitude are not going to be extreme. So fear not.
Weightloss happens when you (as in anybody) eat less and move more.
That is something you do, however, not try.
No method works unless you make it work.
You're the biggest ever, up till now, yes. Your actions from now on determine whether you continue gaining, stay the same, or lose weight. You can get all the information you need, but you are the one who decides what steps to take, and take them, or not.9
