Hello,
I am currently recomping and am wondering if fat truly does matter in muscle gains. I am 123lb, 5’4’’ female, but I have a high BF%, around 24%. I typically eat TONS of veggies so my carb intake is quite high. I manage to intake at least 130g protein per day. But what about fats?!? I really struggle to get above 25g.
