On and off my fitness, finally taking it serious looking for support!

Hey everyone.. so ive slowly been losing weight (very slowly!) I've signed up to do HIIT once a week as well as boxing, cutting as much rubbish out as possible (bread crisps and chocolate are my weak point!) any tips hints etc?

    setting yourself some fitness goals might help keep you motivated to train?

    Learn to love the exercise you do. If you've been doing something for a while and you hate it try something else. At the end of the day, if you don't love your exercise, you're not really going to want to do it.

    Stay consistent with counting calories and give yourself the space to "buy" some chocolate as a reward!

    I think its a case of i do well for ages, then it'll be a special occasion or a holiday and BOOM back to square one haha!

    I've lost 15kg in 3/4 months thus far but it seems to be taking ages to shift :( I know these things take time but a vast majority of people i know lose a lot quicker!

    So much this. Finding a way of exercising that I love - to the point of borderline addiction. I loathe a traditional gym. Once I found a non-traditional way of getting that exercise, and setting goals regarding the same - my weight loss took off. It really was the key to my lifestyle change, weight loss, and maintenance.
