Hi, I was wondering if anyone has used Jillian Michael's 6w6p dvds? If so,how often did you do the routine and what were your results?
I'm planning to start using 6w6p along with Hip Hop Abs but on alternating days.
Thank you in advance for any information provided.

Unfortunately for me, no matter what you do, you just can't get from a keg to a six pack in six weeks.0

i have done her dvd's 30ds three times , rin30 twice and 6w6p once. i like her method and i got results every time. I lost no weight but always inches. I only did her program, no added workouts.0

I would be happy with losing inches off my waist!! I've lost inches everywhere else so it makes my belly look that much bigger. It's sooo frustrating :explode:0

then keep losing weight. no one with a 6 pack got them from using exercise dvds. my friend Yoovie has a running joke where she goes up to people with amazing abs and asks which dvd they used to get them. everybody just busts up laughing. make sure you're in a calorie deficit while working on a full body strength training program and when your body fat gets low enough your stomach will look great.0 -

the same thing happened to me, i was losing inches off other areas and i felt my waist/ tummy area looked bigger. It is just how your body loses when it's ready, eventually you will look more even. ALL my results that i have gotten is from eating at a deficit and exercise dvd's. NO gym I am finally where i want to be, just trying to lose a bit more body fat....0
