I've forgotten my phone at home before. When that happens, I simply survive without it.
Sometimes I leave it behind on purpose. It's good to unplug from time to time.3 -

Our most private thoughts are on our phones whether it be through social media platforms, Texts, emails, pictures etc. I'd feel extremely violated if someone decided go through my phone while left unattended.
Truth. I have personal notes, financial satements, progress pictures that no one but me is supposed to see, kids information, and such. But I can live without having a phone. A lot of days I have it with me but don't ever open it, save to answer a call or text.0 -

I got home last night and rushed to my phone. . A sense of relief washing over me. . I checked my texts b/c I wanted to make sure all my friends knew I was okay..
Two texts. . from my 12 year old at camp:. . ."Pick me up". . "NOW". .
That's it! . Rage-quit. I'm leaving my phone home everyday from now on. .

Your 12 year old is concise. It's a good quality.1
