Hello all, I would like to ask... I am 22 years girl. 100kg. I would like to lose 20 kg (so my goal weight is 80kg). I'm going to the gym every day for 2 hours - only wednesdays I'm taking off. I would like to ask what you think about 2 hours exercise per day/6 days a week... and if someone can tell me how much % of carbs, fats and proteins I should eat per day? And if it's 1200 cal per day enough?
Thankyou for all your answers, opinions and help.

6 days seems like a lot, but if you're comfortable with it and not feeling any negative effects it should be okay. If you find yourself getting tired maybe cut back. Go with whatever MFP gives you and adjust from there, same with your calories. I can tell you right now with that amount of exercise 1200 is going to be waaaaaaaaaay too low. Few people have to go that low. 1lb/week loss should be adequate, could bump it up to 1.5lb. Should give you more than 1200cal1

I wouldn't go from 0 to 6 times per week personally.
Set MFP to lose 1 - 1.5lb per week and eat that amount plus exercise cals.
MFP macros are fine to start with, just treat fat and protein as minimums1 -
If you feel fine on 1200 calories and on 2 hours exercise per day, it is fine. Any macro split you like, is fine.
Eating less than you burn, is enough to lose weight.
If you count calories, you have to do it correctly, for it to work.2 -
1,200 calories is not enough for someone who is 100 kg and exercising 2 hours a day.3

No, 1200 cals is probably not enough. That is the minimum for a short, sedentary woman.
For me 2 hours per day, 6 days per week would be absolute torture and I'd hate it. It certainly isn't necessary, but do you enjoy it? Can you keep it up? Are you in good enough shape that you won't injure or exhaust yourself?
Set your goal to lose 1 lb or 1.5 lbs per week. MFP will give you a calorie goal. Eat those calories, logging accurately and consistently. Then do whatever exercise you like, however much you like. Log the exercise and eat back some of those calories as well.
You don't have to starve or exercise yourself into the ground to lose weight. And actually, losing weight through extraordinary ways usually leads to you gaining it all back because you can't keep up the pace and just go back to the way you were.
