Hello - Returning to MFP!

Counting calories has always worked for me. I am very pleased to have already lost 4 lbs.! Journaling keeps me mindful of what I eat, helps me limit portions and improve eating habits. I intend to stick with it this time. I must say MFP is better than ever. I have found every food already listed.
