Dream a little dream

What is something you’ve dreamed of doing? Have you done it? Are you working toward making your dreams come true? Are they unreachable? (Some are) what are your dreams? Tell us one or some or all. Maybe just a small one if you are hesitant to share it out loud.

It’s my dream and I’m working towards it to be a fit person. Maybe someday it will happen. It’s also my dream to someday be able to go to any puppy or kitty therapy rooms anytime I want.2

Because I couldn't leave it unsung1 -
I dream of making it through my boys' teen years with all of us mentally and physically intact.2

I dream of an old vacay home somewhere on the coast of Sicily (maybe Marsala, for wine purposes) and a 12 passenger sailing yacht to take along the Mediterranean coast every summer. It's one of my longer-term goals. I am working on the stepping stones leading to it.1

I have a dream of having a fairytale family. Like true love and your kids don't grow up to hate you sort of thing. A nice little brick house with a big yard. I like my job. I can go on a nice vacation once a year at least.1

I don’t know how old you are or anything about you but I can tell you this. Life isn’t a fairytale. There is always something to come along and shatter you. However if you learn to appreciate and cherish those perfect fairytale “moments” then your dream can come true. Life isn’t perfect....all the time.....and sometimes it will be crap, but hold the moments in your heart and you will have lived that perfect moment of happiness. Just my two cents.3 -

I love Mama Cass singing this, but Beautiful South in the French version is a very, very close runner up.

I'm 29. I know all too well that life isn't a fairytale. The closest I've been has been those moments you speak of so I get exactly what you're saying. I don't expect perfection but overall stability. Hope for more good than bad.1 -

I dream of being debt free and finally being able to do some fun things, maybe some traveling1

Here lately, I have been having dreams about beating people up, or yelling at them. Like, as a result of sticking up for myself. It would be nice if it meant I am finally coming to the end of being a pushover.1
