Hi everyone! After a year in hiatus, I'm back. Decided to get serious and start keto and intermittent fasting, about 3 wks in. Looking for keto friends, feel free to add me!

    Search Keto and you will see a few threads and groups with others who are doing the Keto way of eating. I started one thread that is a 30 day challenge that is quite active with tons of supportive people!
