Starting over

Hi Everyone..this is a "start over" for me..Use to be super fit and near 12% body fat..well life happens...
Now I am way over my weight...127 lbs..need to be 110 lbs..muscle weight (meaning weight training to get to goal with cardio)
I know some of you probably say that 127 lbs is not bad..but for someone who worked 6 years to get to 110 lbs from since I was a teenager...it is really bad...I have let myself down:( I have forgotten all the hard work it took, I got comfortable..

So about 3 years ago I was still good ..but then our construction company (just me and my hubby) got real busy...so training kinda went from 5 days a week to 2 if I am lucky and able to walk and lift my arms..lol, We do all the work ourselves from demo to delivery of finished project..With All this going on you would think losing weight would not be an issue...but I did not lose any weight:( gained weight instead... Not changing our diets either...than we went and started another company so we can have some off time with the pets and ourselves...a laser engraving and pet gear company..which really helps get us more than 3 days a week of gym time..
We use to go mountain biking every day..we live in West Palm Florida...which seems to have turned into a Steam bath from Hell...Humid warm migraine hell! So no more biking till winter..
So that pretty much sums up my hole story..I am STARTING OVER as of today!!!!!! I can do this !!!
I am sure everyone knows how hard the first day is to start over, so GOOD LUCK to everyone in this!!
