    -small talk
    -understanding sarcasm
    -being told what to do
    -keeping white shirts white
    -flipping pancakes
    -playing monopoly
    -keeping my two feet on the ground (very clumsy)

    I'm bad at being a good neighbor. I really want nothing to do with my neighbors, and it annoys me that they want to be like friends or something similar.

    nah, I get it.

    I had neighbor invite me to go out on his boat this weekend.

    .... as much as I appreciate the offer, it's a three hour drive to the lake, it's going to be 110 degrees out, I don't drink and I don't like boats. So, thanks but no thanks.

    I would have been quicker to accept an invitation of helping him paint his family room.

    we have several neighbors. I like about 75% of them.
