Hello my name is Meka! I stared my journey a few weeks ago, I am almost on my third week and I am down 3lbs. I’ve been here before but always quit after the second week. This time I am committed and motivated. I am 27 years old married with two beautiful children, I am also a stay at home mom. I decided to get my butt off the couch and lose 60lbs! I am very excited for the future. I workout Monday-Friday and use Saturday & Sundays as my rest days. I mostly do cardio but I want to mix in some strength training as well! Any advice would be appreciated! And please add me, I don’t have any friends that use this app lol
