Hi, guys who do exercises at home or at gym... Which exercises are the best for losing belly fat and fat on hips?

Since OP's question focused on fat, this is the answer. There is no way to choose which region of your body loses fat firstest or fastest.
You can choose which region of your body improves musculature, but that involves body recomposition, a subject I do not attempt to comment on. Try using the "Search" feature for that.0 -

Hint - it's not your exercise, let alone a particular exercise that results in fat loss. It's a sustained calorie deficit and that is primarily down to eating the right amount to put you in a deficit.
You also don't get to choose where on your body you lose fat from, you cannot exercise fat - it's just an energy store and where on your body you lose it first and last is mostly down to your genetics.
How long to see results? I picked a 1lb/week rate of loss and could start to see and measure slow but steady progress after a month.
The best exercises are the ones you enjoy and will make a regular habit - to approach "optimal" you probably want a mixture of strength/resistance training and cardio in a blend that suits your health and fitness goals.1 -
A calorie deficit as mentioned will be the most important factor. Exercise can help you get into a deficit, as well as resistance training can help you retain muscle as you lose fat (how and where fat comes off will be determined by genetics)
How long to see results...it depends on your definition of results... as well as your starting point, how much you have to lose, how close you are to your goal, your muscle base, etc... so it could be weeks.. months, maybe more.0 -

You can't spot reduce fat with any particular exercise. As a matter of general fitness, it is good to do a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
I lift weight in the gym 3x per week and I road cycle 3-4 days per week for my cardio.1
