How do you add beachbody exercise? I tried searching and could not find them under cardio

You would log the type of exercise, not the brand name. Most would probably be intervals or circuit training.1

It depends on what the workout is. I've found that if I Google the workout name calories burned, I can sometimes find a site that will calculate it for me. I've found it for T25 and insanity so far...which one are you looking for?0

I am just looking in general. I have found the food list quite comprehensive, but the exercise list quite lacking. I don’t necessarily want to count the calories burned, but more of a log of what I am doing. That being said, I can just add the exercise manually. I just wanted to check to make sure I was not missing something. Thanks!0

Are you talking about strength/lifting exercises (like bicep curls or squats) or cardio (like kickboxing or dancing)?0

Both. I tend to do different beach body programs and wanted to be able to select them as my exercise.1

If you look under +exercise, strength...you can add strength exercises by sets, reps, lbs
If you go to +exercise, cardio...you add it by type of cardio exercise (ex: kickboxing). Cardio option gives you calories burned, strength option does not.0
