In pain

I woke up this morning and I had lost 1.6 pounds overnight, I felt so happy! I finally was down below 230, into 229. Super awesome.

But then as I was getting into my car to drive to aqua yoga, I noticed my back was hurting really badly. I didn't know what to do so I just continued to the class hoping i just needed to loosen up. well, the class felt good but when i was getting out i noticed my back continued to hurt and I immediately took 2 tylenol.

I wish I could take aleve but I take lithium and they have an interaction. all day it has seemed that any time I bed forward even slightly or twist i feel pain. I emailed my doctor and she gave me some information on back pain and basically told me take tylenol, ice it, and rest.

Today wasn't a great food day because I ate an entire box of rice a roni. way too much sodium and processed food. I mixed it with 2 portobellos and didn't eat much dinner, but still. I'm expecting a gain tomorrow even if only from the sodium and swelling from the pain. usually when i'm experiencing pain i retain water. it feels like everything hurts, even when i'm resting in bed and i want to move my leg i feel pain, and I just took a couple tylenol an hour ago.

I didn't have energy to cook zucchini for myself for dinner and i couldn't wash the dishes. I probably won't be able to do the dishes tomorrow. I just feel really sorry for myself and lonely and sad and I'm guessing that I am in serious danger of a sweet food binge.

Don't binge! On top of the back pain you'll feel worse for it! Hopefully the pain goes away soon but if not obviously go see your doctor.

First, well done!!! This is hard!

Try not to binge. It won't taste as good as what your mind is trying to get you to believe. I hope you feel better tomorrow!!! ❤️❤️

Can you stay off of the scale? Day to day doesn’t work. Week to week maybe. If you have a significant amount to lose, weigh every week but think in terms of months.
