I plan on following an intermittent fasting plan and finall going to try counting my macros! Follow me so we can encourage each other!

    I did intermittent fasting for about a year until I started CrossFit. They don’t want me to IF for 6 weeks. But, I really liked it when I did. I felt like my blood sugar was way more stable.
