I have been told by my PT to do pelvic tilts and other bridges to strengthen my core but I get lots of lower back and sciatica pain. Any help appreciated. Thxs.

Pilates apparatus training. Even working on the mat can be a killer ab workout. I thought it was wimpy until I tried it myself. It will help with your back pain too.

Tell your PT, so they can adjust their prescription. They might refer you to a specialist. Following advice from random people could make your situation worse. :+1:

Yoga. Mobility training. Compound Movement Weight Lifting and Walking. Learn how to move and stand properly. That will do more for you than any exercise.
