Foods recalled with whey protein

Of all these recalls that are happening with whey protein in foods, I am wondering if I should continue investing Quest protein powder everyday. It just has me paranoid since I am pregnant.

I would check with your doctor/OB if you have any concerns.
I will say in this case of supplementation, unless it has been recommended to you by your doctor, I would probably err on the side of caution and stop using it if you think it is something that is not going to be safe, especially with all the recalls.1 -
The only things that have been recalled right now are some specific prepackaged foods that were made using whey, mostly snack foods. No protein powder has been recalled. However, if you feel uncomfortable eating things with whey, then you could switch to a non-whey protein powder for now.1
