As instructed, here's a legit recipe thread 😛
Post all the things you love to make but shouldn't really be eating
Here's my Calzone recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 package active dry yeast
1/2 cup water
2T Olive Oil
2t honey
1/2t salt
3 cups all purpose flour
Pour yeast over the warm water and allow to stand until the yeast foams
In a separate bowl, combine water, oil, honey, salt and 1 cup of the flour. Mix well.
Add the yeast mixture and mix well.
Add the flour, one cup at a time until the dough is well combined
Knead dough on a floured surface until the dough is soft, smooth, and elastic (soft as a horse's nose).
Divide into four and roll out to about 8 inches in diameter.
Smear pizza sauce over one half, top with pizza toppings, grated cheddar cheese about a handful) and grated mozzarella (also about a handful). Sprinkle with herbs
Stretch the other half of the dough over the fillings and twist and pinch the edges together
Brush with beaten eggs and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 400 deg F or 200 deg C

INGREDIENTS
3 tbs milk
3 large eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups sifted cake flour
¾ cup superfine sugar
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
13 tbs unsalted butter, softened
1-2 tbs grated lemon or orange zest (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray or grease a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper (optional) and grease the paper too.
In a medium bowl lightly whisk the milk, eggs and vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds to blend. Add the butter and half the egg mixture. Mix on low speed until the dry ingredients are moistened. Increase to medium speed (high speed if using a hand mixer) and beat for 1 minute to aerate and develop the cake’s structure.
Gradually add the remaining egg mixture in 2 batches, beating for 20 seconds after each addition to incorporate the ingredients. Scrape down the sides.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.. The batter will be almost a ½-inch from the top of a 4-cup loaf pan. (If pan is smaller, use excess batter for cupcakes.)
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes and place a wire rack. Reinvert so that the top is up and cool completely before wrapping airtight.3 -
Cooked a frozen pizza according to directions. Fold in half. Dip in your fav sauce. Yum!3 -

This is a sourdough bread recipe one of my grandmothers would make...if you like bread then I'm certain you would like this. It's delicious.
My cousin makes a rye version of this because two of her kids are gluten intolerant. She has this whole motherhood gig down. So amazing.
I'm guessing the temperature is in deg F. Which would make it 170 deg C0 -
