Been giving this some experimental trial & error (n=1 of course, so nothing conclusive) mainly by just doing a set or 2 of hanging knee raises to face prior to LISS. Anyone else skeptical/currently trying this out? Too many variables TBH (diet, overload, workout type, etc.)

This looks interesting ... I'd be willing to trial this for 12 weeks. Target area followed by 30 mins cardio.

Interesting. I don't have high hopes, but I would give it a go.. what else have I got to lose. I do all kinds of crazy things these days. :p

I saw this when it came out and I was reading through UD2 and found it interesting. I almost wonder if it aligns to the premise of increasing blood flow to a difficult area, driving increase fat mobilization.
