    I am currently 196. I started Friday, July 27, and then I was 198. I guess I am doing something right.

    my profile picture was captured Saturday, July 21, 2018. I was horrified when I saw that picture, but it sure did open my eyes. I needed to do something. I hate how I come out in pictures. I am so happy I found this site. Thank you!!

    Good for you!! Just remember that slow and steady wins the race. Have you met with a dietician? My husband and I took one - it was mostly focused for diabetics, but it was really good about healthy eating and was really applicable to anyone. We both keep food diaries and we go back in 2 weeks, for them to check and point out any places we could do better. I have lost 10 lbs since July 2nd.
