I’m low on my carbs! Looking for some yummy, healthy carbs to eat. What’s you’re favorite thing to nibble on for carbs.

Strawberries and pretty much berries of any type1

If you want something more nutrient dense, vegetables, fruit, high fibre grains, bread, rice, pasta, noodles are always good. Otherwise cereal, syrup, dried fruit, crackers, candy, juice are all quick sources of carbs I use.1

Carbohydrate is a macronutrient that provides energy, individual foods aren't "carbs" unless it's pure sugar or starch, foods in isolation aren't healthy or unhealthy, what you like is yummy to you, and most people who track macros, tend to prioritize protein, and then eat whatever, if there ever are any calories left over. A healthy diet is balanced and varied, and you can eat whatever you want. A healthy relationship with food is relaxed and trusting.6
